比賽規格:

1. 參賽隊伍由二至三位同學組成,組員必須自行設計及製造一部太陽能模型車參賽,車架及車身部分必須由參賽隊伍設計及製作,車軸、齒輪及車輪可自行製造或選用成品。

2. 同一間學校不同的參賽隊伍不能以設計近似的模型車參賽,否則裁判可限制該校參賽資格至一隊。

3. 模型車必須以大會供應之太陽能板(規格約5V 1W) 及太陽能馬達推動。大會同時供應適量齒輪和2支直徑2毫米長100毫米鋼軸作基本傳動系統零件。參賽隊伍可以自行選擇其它傳動系統零件、車輪等提升性能。

4. 模型車可加裝任何輔助光能源收集裝置,例如鏡子等。無論如何,模型車的整體尺寸要求:闊少於130毫米 × 長少於180毫米 × 高少於120毫米。

5. 模型車須在顯眼處預留20毫米 x 50毫米的平坦表面供大會在比賽當日報到後貼上識別標籤及拍照作記錄,否則大會可把標籤貼在車身任何顯眼處,沒有大會標籤的模型車將不會獲准作賽。

6. 初賽的賽道設於室內,以電燈泡作人造光源,賽道有效長度約為6.7-7.2米,賽道用瓦通膠板分成多段連接而成。終點設有感應閘門,以電子方式計時。賽道中央設有4條有效跑道,每條跑道闊約134毫米,跑道兩側圍欄高度約20毫米。每條跑道正中上方設有100-200瓦鎢絲電燈泡作光源,每顆電燈泡距離約200毫米,全程約有32顆電燈泡,電燈泡與賽道表面的空間距離約130毫米,賽道終點前約有0.5米沒有電燈泡照明,太陽能車需靠衝力越過終點。

7. 複賽和決賽的賽道設於室外,以太陽光作光源,有效長度約為12-15米,設有6條跑道。起跑點設有長約0.5米向下傾斜約18度的跑道及起跑閘,在跑道路面適當的兩處地方設有障礙,其餘規格跟初賽相同。

8. 比賽當日必須使用報到時所登記的模型車出賽,不能中途擅自改用其他模型車出賽,否則會被取消資格。



比賽規則:

1. 競賽項目將分為「精工組(Precision Group)」 及「簡約組(Simple Group)」。所有參賽隊伍完成首輪比賽(初賽)後,大會裁判將會即時把太陽能車現場分類,並會分開組別進行決賽,以鼓勵動手使用原材製作。

2. 「精工組 (Precision Group)」泛指車架使用高精度數碼加工機材直接加工的車架及使用3D打印的車架;「簡約組 (Simple Group)」泛指使用原材料以人手加工搭建而成的車架。其他車身配件如車輪、車側滑輪(龍頭鳳尾)等沒有限制。

3. 參賽隊伍並必須於其比賽時段10分鐘前到達賽道準備,逾時不候。除非預先得到裁判准許,逾時者可能會被取消資格。參賽隊員需帶備身份證、學生證或學生手冊文件供裁判在初賽及決賽時隨時查核。

4. 比賽進行前,裁判會檢查出賽車輛是否符合規格並即場以抽籤方式決定跑道。其中一位參賽組員負責將模型車擺放在起步範圍內的透明閘門前,另一位參賽組員在終點等候收回車輛。

5. 當裁判示意比賽開始時,工作人員會接通燈泡電源,打開閘門,電子計時器自動啟動,開始計時。當各比賽車輛於終點線上經過感應閘門時,該計時器便停止計時,裁判記錄比賽結果並請參賽者確認無誤後方可取回模型車。若比賽期間電子計時器操作異常,大會將改用計時組人員計時,一切結果亦以計時組人員所記錄的資料為準確。

6. 比賽限時 30秒,未能在時限內完成者皆不獲記錄時間。

7. 太陽能車初賽完成後,裁判會即時把模型車寄存到外觀評分區,方便於初賽後立即進行「最佳設計獎」及「最佳環保物料應用獎」的甄選,參賽隊伍不可以於初賽後自行取回模型。所有外觀裝飾必須於初賽前裝配好,亦不能於比賽後 / 甄選時再加上任何裝飾。所有太陽能車只能在完成評審及拍照紀錄後方可取回。評判會按選用環保物料和設計特色評分。

8. 模型車因故障停留在賽道中,必須在該場賽事完結後,經由工作人員從賽道中收回有故障的車輛。

9. 模型車如在比賽途中對其他隊伍之模型車構成妨礙,該隊會被視為犯規,成績會被取消。裁判會安排受影響之隊伍在下一輪比賽出賽。

10. 參賽隊伍如對比賽結果有任何抗議或投訴,必須由隊長在下一組別比賽開始前向裁判提出。裁判有需要時可請示總裁判協助,裁判作出最終裁決後,參賽隊伍不得再提出抗議或申訴。

11. 裁判有權在任何時間任何的情況下,要求審視或檢查各參賽車輛的規格,不合規格的模型車會被取消參賽資格。

12. 當所有模型車完成初賽後,裁判會選出最短時間完成初賽的18隊進入複賽。

13. 進入複賽隊伍改在室外的賽道進行比賽,初賽的第1、4、7、10、13、16名編在第一場複賽,第2、5、8、11、14、17名編在第二場複賽,第3、6、9、12、15、18名編在第二場複賽。每場複賽的首兩名獲決賽資格。

14. 如複賽時裁判發覺天氣差而陽光度低至不足以令比賽順利進行,複賽及決賽會改在室內設人工照明的賽道上進行,而進入複賽的名額則改為16隊, 最短時間完成複賽的4隊進入決賽。

15. 決賽隊伍以學校為單位,若一間學校有超過一隊進入決賽,大會將會把他們合併成單一隊伍「超級隊」參加決賽。因合併「超級隊」產生的決賽餘額可由跟著成績最佳的學校補上 (由裁判因應當時比賽結果決定最終做法),「超級隊」全部隊員會根據決賽名次獲得相同的獎項證書。

16. 大會保留一切對比賽規例之修改、解釋及比賽結果之決定權。

17. 所有得獎作品相片或會上載於大會網頁作公開展覽。

比賽成績:

1.「精工組(Precision Group)」分別設有冠、亞、季、殿軍各一名,一等獎證書(第5 - 6名)、「最佳設計」一等及二等獎各二名;「簡約組(Simple Group)」分別設有冠、亞、季、殿軍各一名,一等獎證書(第5 - 6名)、「最佳環保物料應用」及「最佳設計」一等及二等獎各二名。

2.能完成複賽的隊伍皆獲發二等獎證書(不列出名次)以作獎勵,比賽後大會在網頁公佈比賽結果。

3.所有能完成初賽賽事的參賽者皆可獲發積極參與證書一張以作鼓勵。

Wireless Charging Super-Capacitor Car Transportation Competition

參賽隊伍以三人一組,負責設計及建造一輛「超級電容模型車」參加比賽。比賽時,三位隊員可以接力使用「手搖發電機」為模型車進行無線充電。
Each team consists of three student members, who should design and build a “Super-Capacitor Car” for the competition. During the competition, team members use his/her hands to turn the handle of a dynamo to generate electricity to charge up the car wirelessly.

比賽規則(不設初賽):
Competition rule:


1. 大會預先編排隊伍比賽時段並上載至網頁,請參賽者在15分鐘前到達比賽地點報到,逾時不候。除非預先得到裁判准許,逾時者可能會被取消資格。參賽隊員需帶備身份證、學生證或學生手冊文件供裁判在比賽時隨時查核。
1. The scheduled time for competition will be uploaded to the website before the event day. Participators should arrive the competition venue 15 minutes before the scheduled time for registration. No late-comer will be entertained unless prior approval is obtained in advance. Participators should bring their student identification document for checking.

2. 參賽模型車需用拖架運送一個貨櫃( 集裝箱),貨櫃的大小為 3 cm x 3 cm x 8 cm;為確保比賽流程暢順,參賽者須自行預備貨物,參賽者必須在進場前先把貨物裝進由大會事前提供的貨櫃內。
2. The car must carry one “intermodal container” with dimension 3 cm x 3 cm x 8 cm. To ensure the smooth flow of the competition, participators should prepare their own “goods” and filled the “container” provided before coming to the competition.

3. 比賽開始前裁判會把超級電容器放電,以確保電容器沒有殘留電荷。
3. Before starting the competition, the judge will discharge the capacitor.

4. 同學需把模型車放在賽道起點的指定位置上,「手搖發電機」連接無線充電底座,以非接觸式替模型車充電。
4. Participator should place the car on a specific area of the track for wireless charging.

5. 裁判宣佈比賽開始後,同學以「手搖發電機」為電容充電。在電壓計亮起前(約充電至 4V),同學可以調整模型車的位置,以達最佳的充電效果,但當電壓計有足夠電壓運作時,除放電開關外,參賽者不可以接觸模型車任何部份,若參賽者認為充電不正常,可以在任何時候按下放電開關,但裁判不會補回時間。電容車裝有由大會提供的自動開關,當電容充電至由參賽者自定的電壓時,開關會把電力輸送至馬達,模型車便會開始行駛;參賽同學可自由決定是否以接力方式輪流使用手搖發電機發電。
5. When the judge declares the start of competition, participators can start to charge the car by using the hand dynamo provided. Participators may adjust the position of the car for optimal charging before the provided digital voltmeter lighting up (at around 4 V). When the voltage stored on the capacitor is enough for the digital voltmeter to work, participators are not allowed to touch any part of the car, except pressing the discharge switch. If the participators think that the charging is abnormal, they can use the discharge switch at any time, but any time used cannot be reclaimed. When the voltage stored on the capacitor has reached a preset level, an automatic switch will turn on the motor, and the motor car should start running.The participators can decide whether to do the charging in turn or just by one student.

6. 連同充電時間,模型車有 5 分鐘時間完成任務。
6. Including the charging time, participators have 5 minutes to complete their mission.

7. 模型車成功行駛五圈後,參賽者須自行從賽道上取出模型車,並當眾取出模型車上所拖的貨櫃讓裁判量度總重量,供計算成績。運送的貨物必須由起點直至終點為止都在模型車的貨櫃內,中途脫落的貨物不會列入計分公式。此外,貨櫃必須保持完整、沒有破損或在貨櫃外附有添加物,否則該貨櫃將不會視為成功運送。
7. After the car has successfully completed 5 laps, the participator has to lift the car and take off the container. The judge will weigh the mass of the container with contents. The container should be undamaged and without any material added to the outside, at the same time, the container and their contents must be carried from the beginning to the end without dropping out of the car. Otherwise, the container will not be accepted as successfully transported.

8. 以平均每小時載貨量的簡化公式計算成績;計分公式如下:
S = M x 3600 / T
式中 T = 模型車由開始充電至把貨櫃交給裁判的總時間
   M = 成功運送的貨物的總重量
例: 模型車花了 50 s 充電,然後用了 150 s 運載 240 g 貨物,
得分 = 240 x 3600 / ( 50 + 150 ) = 4,320

若有兩隊同分,則以最快時間完成任務為優勝。
8. The score is based on a simplified formula to calculate average hourly transport capacity, as follow:
S = M x 3600 / T
where T = number of seconds used for charging and running 5 laps
M = total mass of the goods successfully transported
e.g. After charging the car for 50 s, 240 g of “goods” is transported in 150 s
score = 240 x 3600 / ( 50 + 150 ) = 4,320

If more than one teams have the same score, the team that completes the mission in shorter time wins.

9. 模型車必需以拖的形式運送一個貨櫃,如果模型車到達終點時貨櫃己掉落,則視為任務失敗;貨櫃載的貨物重量沒有上限。
9 The container must be transported by the car by towing. If the container was dropped out of the car before finishing 5 laps, the mission is failed. The mass of the goods filling the container has no restriction.

10. 比賽時限為 5 分鐘,在參賽者開始充電時開始計時,參賽者必須在時限內行駛最少五圈並把貨櫃交給裁判。
10. The total time allowed for the mission is 5 minutes. Participators has to charge up the capacitor car, transport the container for at least 5 laps, and then deliver the container to the judge within the time limit.

11. 若參賽隊伍因為意外而未能在 5 分鐘內行駛一圈,隊長可以即時提出重賽要求。裁判批准後,參賽者必須留在比賽場地,在下一隊完成比賽後立即進行重賽。已行駛一圈或以上的隊伍不能要求重賽,參賽隊伍只可以提出一次重賽要求。
11. If the team cannot transport the container for at least 1 lap within the time limit because of some accidents, the team leader can request a second trial immediately. After obtaining the approval from the judge, the team must stay at the venue and do their second trial after the next team has finished. If a team has finished 1 lap, the team cannot request a second trial. Any team can only make the request once.

12. 所有能行駛最少一圈的模型車,必須在比賽後立即放到指定地方,供裁判檢查及拍照,並進行環保設計及外觀評分,最高分的隊伍可獲頒發最佳環保設計及外觀獎。(外觀裝飾不能在比賽後才加上)。評判會按選用環保物料、設計的實用性、模型車的造工及外型的整體美感評分。
12. All teams that can transport the container for at least 1 lap must put their car to a specific place for double-checking and for the design award, which is based on the use of recycled material, the practicability of design, the workmanship and the exterior design. No decoration is allowed to be added after the competition.

13. 所有出席賽事的參賽者皆可獲頒發參賽證書一張。
13. A certificate will be issued to all participators of the event day.

模型車規格:
Specification of car:


1. 每組參賽隊伍須自行制作一輛競賽模型車連拖架參與賽事,其中模型車及拖架的車身必須使用環保物料自行製作,換句話說,使用3D打印、使用全新物料以激光切割或取用整個現成車身並不符合參賽資格(注1、2、3)。
1. Each team should DIY their own car and the trailer for the competition. The body of the car and the trailer must use recycle material to construct. In other words, using 3D printing, using laser cutter to cut new material or using a pre-build boat body are not compliant with the requirement. (Note 1, 2 and 3)

2. 只許使用大會提供的馬達和超級電容器(4F 5.5V),超級電容已安裝在大會提供的線路板上,線路板的大小約為61 mm x 31 mm)。
2. All team can only use the supplied motor and the super-capacitor (4F 5.5V). The super-capacitor has been soldered on a circuit board with size 61 mm x 31mm.

3. 線路板的使用方法請參考稍後上載的工作坊資料。

4. 大會提供數枚小齒輪、滾珠軸承及直徑2毫米長100毫米鋼軸作基本零件,參賽隊伍可以自行決定是否使用或選擇其它零件,參賽隊伍不可以使用現成的齒輪箱。
4. Basic components, e.g. some gears, ball-bearings and 2 mm diameter metal shaft (100 mm in length) will be provided. Participators may choose to use them or using components from other sources. Use of completed gear box is NOT allowed.

5. 模型車的長闊尺寸組合必須能夠在指定的賽道上進行比賽。
5. The dimension of the car must be able to run on the competition track.

6. 貨櫃不能直接安裝在模型車有動力的車身上,模型車必須以拖的形式運送貨櫃。
6. The container must not be placed directly on the part of the car that has power transmission. The container must be towed by the car.

7. 無線充電使用通行的 Qi 規格,參賽物料中包含一塊充電板,供電容充電。參賽者必須把無線充電板安裝在模型車車底。
7. Wireless charging uses the “Qi” standard. A coil with circuit board is provided for charging the capacitor. Participator has to install the coil underneath their car.

8. 模型車須在顯眼處預留 20 毫米 x 30 毫米之平坦表面供大會在比賽當日報到時貼上識別標籤並拍照作記錄,以便在有需要時進行核對,否則大會可把標籤貼在車身任何顯眼處,沒有大會標籤的模型車將不會獲准作賽。
8. A prominent and flat space of size 20 mm x 30 mm must be provided for sticking an identification label during competition. A car will not be allowed in the competition without the label.

9. 比賽當日必須使用報到時所登記的模型車出賽,不能中途擅自改用其他模型車出賽,否則會被取消資格。

1. 賽道使用田宮模型四驅車賽道(賽道圖片請參考稍後上載的工作坊資料)。

3. 賽道闊度:約 115 毫米、圍欄高度:約 45 毫米。
3. The width of the road is about 115 mm, with a continuous fence of height 45 mm.

4. 賽道中間有斷續的長型坑,坑闊約 30 毫米。
4. There are some holes in the middle of the road. The width of the holes is about 30 mm.

5. 賽道的起點處正中位置內藏與賽道其餘位置高度相同的無線充電座,供模型車充電之用,充電位置有貼紙指示線圈的位置
5. At the beginning point of the track, there is a charging pad installed under the road. The top of the charging pad is level with the rest of the road. The position of the coil will be indicated by some stickers.

注1:自行製作的定義是不可使用由任何公司、組織或個人銷售的完整模型車套件作為模型車主體。
Note 1:The definition of DIY is that the main body of the car cannot be taken directly from a car, either in kit form or completed form provided by any commercial firm, organization or individual.

注2:使用套件的部份零部件作模型車的組成部份則不在此限。
Note 2:Using parts obtained from kits as part of the car is allowed.

注3:當評審員或裁判查問時,參賽者有責任回答零部件的來源和用途,違反賽事規定的隊伍可能會被扣分甚至被取消參賽資格。
Note 3:The participator has the responsibility to answer queries about the source and the original use of the parts on their car. Fail to do so will risk deduction of marks or disqualification.

1. 本比賽目的是讓學生學習節能的相關知識,並加以驗證和實踐,所以老師不應過度協助學生使用高新科技或昂貴零件爭取成績,亦不應為其學校設計標準車身參賽。
1. The purpose of the competition is to encourage students to develop the understanding of renewable energy and reduced use of resources in a practical way. As a result, teachers should not over-assist students to use high-tech or expensive materials to boost performance. At the same time, teachers should refrain from designing standard car body for the school.

2. 同一間學校不同的參賽隊伍不能以設計相同的模型車參賽,否則裁判會取消其參賽資格。

Super-Capacitor Boat Transportation Competition

參賽隊伍以三人一組,負責設計及建造一艘「超級電容模型船」參加比賽。比賽時,一位隊員負責以手轉動大會提供之「手搖發電機」發電;第二位隊員負責連接「手搖發電機」的輸出電力給裝置於模型船上的「超級電容器」作限時充電;第三位隊員負責將完成充電的「超級電容模型船」置於水道的起動區內並開動模型船進行比賽。
Each team consists of three student members, who should design and build a “super-capacitor boat” for the competition. During the competition, one team member uses his/her hands to turn the handle of a dynamo to generate electricity. A second member is responsible for connecting the dynamo to the boat, while the third member places the boat to the “Starting area” after the boat has charged up. The third member should also turn on the motor of the boat after receiving instruction from the judge.

「手搖發電機」輸出端設有限壓及限流電路,防止電容器過度充電,輸出引線分正負,引線末端設有直流電源接頭供連接電容器的正負極(紅正黑負), 詳情請參考稍後上載的工作坊資料。
The dynamo has built-in voltage and current limiting circuit to prevent overcharging of the capacitor. The red connection wire should be connected to the positive lead of the capacitor, while the black wire connected to the negative lead. Please refer to the workshop material in the download area.

比賽規則(不設初賽):

4. Each team is allowed to use the hand dynamo to charge-up the capacitor for up to one minute. There is a voltmeter installed to show the charging progress of the capacitor. The participators can decide whether to do the charging in turn or just by one student.

5. 充電後,另一位參賽者須將模型船放在指定水道起動區內,當裁判宣佈比賽開始後,參賽者啟動模型船開關並放手,模型船開始行駛,參賽者有兩分鐘時間完成賽程。當模型船任何部份駛至「開始計時線」時裁判才開始計算行駛時間。
5. After charging, the next participator has to place the boat inside the “Starting-area” of the tank. When the judge declares the start of competition, a participator should turn on the switch and release the boat. The boat should start to move. Each team will have two minutes to complete their mission. When any part of the boat has reached the “Starting-line”, the transportation timing will be started by the judge.

6. 模型船到達終點後, 參賽者須當眾取出模型船上所載的貨櫃讓裁判量度總重量,供計算成績。 運送的貨物必須由起點直至終點為止都在模型船的貨櫃內,中途脫落的貨物不會列入計分公式。此外,貨櫃必須保持乾燥、完整、沒有破損或在貨櫃外附有添加物,否則該貨櫃將不會視為成功運送。
6. After the boat has reached the “Finish-line”, participators should take out the container(s) carried by their boat within 15 seconds. In order to calculate the score obtained, the total weight (minus the weight of five empty container) will be measured by the judge. The container should be dry, undamaged, and without any material added to the outside, at the same time, all the container and their contents must be carried from the beginning to the finish-line without dropping out of the boat. Otherwise, the container(s) will not be accepted as successfully transported.

得分 = 300 x 3600 / ( 30 + 60 ) = 12,000
score = 300 x 3600 / ( 30 + 60 ) = 12,000
若有兩隊同分,則以最快時間完成任務為優勝。
If more than one teams have the same score, the team that completes the mission in shorter time wins.

8. 模型船需成功運送最少一個貨櫃,如果模型船到達終點時所有貨櫃都己掉落,則視為任務失敗;模型船在開始時必須裝上五個貨櫃,但不需要每個貨櫃都載有貨物貨櫃載的貨物重量沒有上限。
8. The boat should carry at least one container at the end. If all the containers were dropped out of the boat before reaching the “finish-line”, the mission is failed. Each boat must carry five containers at the beginning, although it is not necessary to fill up all containers with goods. The mass of the goods filling the containers has no restriction.

9. 比賽時限為兩分鐘,在參賽者充電完畢裁判宣佈「比賽開始」時開始計時,參賽者還需要開動模型船駛至「開始計時線」,換句話說,由「開始計時線」駛至終點直至把貨櫃交給裁判的可用時間必定少於二分鐘。
9. The total time allowed for the mission is 2 minutes. The time is counted after placing the charged-boat in water. Since the boat needs some time to reach the “Starting-line” from the “Starting-area”, the useful time for the actual transportation (including the time needed to unload the containers) must be less than 2 minutes.

10. 若參賽隊伍因為意外而未能在二分鐘內行駛至「標準線」,隊長可以即時提出重賽要求。裁判批准後,參賽者必須留在比賽場地,在下一隊完成比賽後立即進行重賽。已到達「標準線」的隊伍不能要求重賽,參賽隊伍只可以提出一次重賽要求。
10. If the team cannot reach the “Qualify-line” within two minutes because of some accident, the team leader can request a second trial immediately. After obtaining the approval from the judge, the team must stay at the venue and do their second trial after the next team has finished. If a team has reached the “Qualify-line”, the team cannot request a second trial. Any team can only make the request once.

11. 所有能行駛至「標準線」之模型船,必須在比賽後立即放到指定地方,供裁判檢查及拍照,並進行環保設計及外觀評分,最高分的隊伍可獲頒發最佳環保設計及外觀獎。(外觀裝飾不能在比賽後才加上)。 評判會按選用環保物料、設計的實用性、模型船的造工及外型的整體美感評分。
11. All teams that can reach the “Qualify-line” must put their boat to a specific place for double-checking and for the design award, which is based on the use of recycled material, the practicability of design, the workmanship and the exterior design. No decoration is allowed to be added after the competition.

12. 所有出席賽事的參賽者皆可獲頒發參賽證書一張。
12. A certificate will be issued to all participators that are present on the event day.

模型船規格:
Specification of boat:


1. 每組參賽隊伍須自行制作一輛競賽模型船參與賽事,其中模型船的船身必須使用環保物料自行製作,換句話說,使用3D打印、使用全新物料以激光切割或取用整個現成船身並不符合參賽資格(注1、2、3)。
1. Each team should DIY their own boat for the competition. The body of the boat must use recycled material to construct. In other words, using 3D printing, using laser cutter to cut new material or using a pre-build boat body are not compliant with the requirement. (Note 1, 2 and 3)

2. 只許使用大會提供的直流電源接頭、馬達和超級電容器(4F 5.5V)。
2. All team can only use the supplied DC connector, motor and super-capacitor (4F 5.5V).

3. 大會提供微型開關、縲旋槳、數枚小齒輪及直徑2毫米長100毫米鋼軸作基本零件,參賽隊伍可以自行決定是否使用或選擇其它零件 ,參賽隊伍亦可以使用現成的齒輪箱。
3. Basic components, e.g. micro switch, propeller, some gears, 2 mm diameter metal shaft (100 mm in length) will be provided. Participators may choose to use them or using components from other sources. Use of completed gear box is allowed.

4. 模型船的長闊尺寸組合必須能夠在指定的水道上進行比賽,即要能夠整艘船完全放入長 50 cm 闊 50 cm 的起步區內。
4. The dimension of the boat must be able to sail in the competition tank. Also, the boat must be placed completely inside the “Starting-area” with length 50 cm and width 50 cm.

5. 模型船必須能夠浮起,在水深7 cm的水道內不可以有任何部分觸及水道底部。
5. The boat must be able to float. Any part of the boat cannot has contact with the bottom of the tank, which contains water with a depth of about 7 cm to 7.5 cm.

6. 電容器必須安裝穩妥在模型船上適當的位置。電容器的兩極必須連接大會提供的直流電源接頭。
6. The super-capacitor must be affixed at a suitable place on the boat. The capacitor must connect to the DC connector provide for charging.

7. 參賽隊伍可以在電容器和電動機之間加入適當的開關,以避免電容器在不適當的時間放電。
7. A switch can be installed between the capacitor and the motor to prevent unintended discharge of the capacitor.

8. 模型船須在顯眼處預留 20 毫米 x 30 毫米之平坦表面供大會在比賽當日報到時貼上識別標籤並拍照作記錄,以便在有需要時進行核對,否則大會可把標籤貼在船身任何顯眼處,沒有大會標籤的模型船將不會獲准作賽。
8. A prominent and flat space of size 20 mm x 30 mm must be provided for sticking an identification label during competition. A boat will not be allowed in the competition without the label.

9. 比賽當日必須使用報到時所登記的模型船出賽,不能中途擅自改用其他模型船出賽,否則會被取消資格。

比賽用水道規格:
Specification of water tank:


1. 水道為長方形水槽,濶度 50 cm,總長度 7.3米,其中「開始計時線」距離終點約 6.3 米
1. The water tank is rectangular in shape, with width 50 cm and a total length 7.3 meter. The distance between the “Starting-line” and “Finish-line” is approximately 6.3 meter.

2. 水道橫切面為長方形,高度 15 cm,注水深度約 7 cm 至 7.5 cm。
2. The cross-section of the tank is a rectangle with height 15 cm. The depth of water filled is about 7 cm to 7.5 cm.

3. 起步區長度為50 cm
3. The length of the “Starting-area” is 50 cm.
4. 「開始計時線」距離起步區約 0.5 米,比賽成績只計算「開始計時線」與終點之間的行駛時間。
4. The distance between the “Starting-line” and “Starting-area” is about 0.5 meter. The transportation time is the time taken for the boat to sail from the “Starting-line” to the “Finish-line”.

5. 「標準線」距離「開始計時線」 1 米,參賽模型船若能駛至「標準線」可以獲優異證書及參加外觀設計比賽的資格,若參賽者有出場比賽但未能到達「標準線」則可獲參賽證書。
5. The distance between the “Qualify-line” and the “Starting-line” is 1 meter. Any team that has the boat reaching the “Qualify-line” is qualified for the entry into the design award and a certificate with merit. If the boat could not reach the “Qualify-line”, a certificate of participation will be issued instead.

注1:自行製作的定義是不可使用由任何公司、組織或個人銷售的完整模型船套件作為模型船主體。
Note 1:The definition of DIY is that the main body of the boat cannot be taken directly from a boat, either in kit form or completed form provided by any commercial firm, organization or individual.
注2:使用套件的部份零部件作模型船的組成部份則不在此限。
Note 2:Using parts obtained from kits as part of the boat is allowed.
注3:當評審員或裁判查問時,參賽者有責任回答零部件的來源和用途,違反賽事規定的隊伍可能會被扣分甚至被取消參賽資格。
Note 3:The participator has the responsibility to answer queries about the source and the original use of the parts on their boat. Fail to do so will risk deduction of marks or disqualification.

指導老師注意:
Notes for teachers:


1. 本比賽目的是讓學生學習節能的相關知識,並加以驗證和實踐,所以老師不應過度協助學生使用高新科技或昂貴零件爭取成績,亦不應為其學校設計標準船身參賽。
1. The purpose of the competition is to encourage students to develop the understanding of renewable energy and reduced use of resources in a practical way. As a result, teachers should not over-assist students to use high-tech or expensive materials to boost performance. At the same time, teachers should refrain from designing standard boat body for the school.
2. 同一間學校不同的參賽隊伍不能以設計相同的模型船參賽,否則裁判會取消其參賽資格。
2. Different teams of the same school cannot use the same design for the competition, otherwise, teams having the duplicated design may be disqualified.

學習內容:
Things to learn:


S: 電壓、簡單電路、密度。Voltage, simple circuit, density.
T: 模型船的建造。Construction of boat.
E: 選用合適的物料作貨物及決定運轉貨櫃的數量。Choosing suitable material as “goods” and distribute the weights to maintain good balance.
M: 平均每小時載貨量的計算公式。Formula to calculate the average hourly transport capacity.









注意事項:


1. 截止報名日期為2018年10月27日,倘若報名情況踴躍,每校每組第一隊將獲優先取錄,其餘參賽名額『先到先得』,報名確認暨繳費通知書容後公佈。

2. 決賽隊伍以學校為單位,若一間學校有超過一隊進入決賽,大會將會把他們合併成單一隊伍「超級隊」參加決賽。因合併「超級隊」產生的決賽餘額由跟著成績最佳的學校補上,「超級隊」全部隊員均會根據決賽名次獲得相同的獎項證書。

3. 上述各項賽事將於 2018年11月10日(星期六) 舉行,建議各組由不同老師帶隊。
